How do I start a return?

Can I cancel/edit my order?
Orders can be canceled for 40 minutes after completing the order.

To begin, open your order confirmation email and click on Edit/Cancel order.

Once you complete the cancelation, you can create a new order with your preferred selections.


After the 40-minute grace period, we regret that we cannot cancel or edit orders.

What is the return policy?

Unworn shoes, boots, and sandals in their original packaging (box) may be returned within 30 days for an exchange or a return.

Choose the best return option for you!
1. Exchange the same style/color for a new size or width
2. Shop for a new item
3. Return for a site credit
4. Return for a refund

Returns incur an $11 fee unless checkout+ was purchased at checkout.

  • Items MUST be returned in their original packaging (box) to be accepted.
  • Return fee is $11 unless checkout+ was purchased at checkout.
  • Pay $4.95 for checkout+ returns at checkout for a discounted return or exchange.
  • There may be a price difference on exchanges for new colors or styles.
  • No returns or exchanges on FINAL SALE items. All FINAL sales are final.
  • Outbound shipping charges and checkout+ are non-refundable.
  • Orders are limited to two consecutive exchanges.
  • Due to Facebook policies, Facebook orders with one exchange can only receive a site credit upon returning the exchange.
  • Aerosoles reserves the right to block customers who abuse the return policy.
  • All tall and mid-calf boots can only be returned via a return shipping label due to Return Bar sizing limitations.
  • Returns from Canada must be processed at aerosoles.ca

A package can take 48-72 hours for the tracking to begin.

We're confident the package is en route to you. If your package has not been scanned after four business days (Monday through Saturday), please reach out to our team. 💙
